This website (abdawnltd.com and its subdomains) is the official professional portfolio, software lab, and family application suite of Jay-ar Abdon, CPA and Abdawn Limited, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

1. Zero Credential Harvesting & Client-Side Processing

No Banking or Password Collection: None of the applications or calculators hosted on abdawnltd.com request, collect, or transmit bank account logins, credit card numbers, passwords, or government identity credentials.
Local Browser Storage: Our interactive prototypes—including Subscription Manager, Document Explainer AI, Household Money Coach, Paycheck Calculator, Small Business Assistant, Scam Checker AI, Home Maintenance Assistant, and Local Services Finder—run 100% locally inside your web browser using client-side localStorage.
Private Family Suite: ABDlife (life.abdawnltd.com) and Smart Grocery Planner (grocery.abdawnltd.com) are private household organisation tools for the Abdon family, protected by private invitation keys.

2. Cloud Storage & Your Privacy Rights

Google Firebase: ABDlife and Smart Grocery Planner save family events, members, shopping lists and meal plans in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a service run by Google. Google may store and process this information outside New Zealand.
Who can see it: Only signed-in members of your family group. Other visitors cannot read family data.
Everything else stays on your device: All other apps keep their data in your own browser. Nothing is sent to Abdawn Limited, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Your rights: Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct personal information held about you, or ask for it to be deleted. Email admin@abdawnltd.com.

3. Financial, Tax & Legal Tool Disclaimer

All calculators, simulators, and software prototypes on abdawnltd.com (including Kinetix, Personal Ledger, and the Lab prototypes) are provided strictly for demonstration, educational, and general planning purposes. They do not constitute formal accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice, and are not affiliated with Inland Revenue (IRD), the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), or any financial institution.

4. Security & Vulnerability Disclosure (RFC 9116)

We enforce HTTPS/TLS (HSTS), X-Frame-Options: DENY, X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff, and strict referrer policies across our applications. Security researchers and network administrators can inspect our machine-readable disclosure policy at /.well-known/security.txt or contact us directly at admin@abdawnltd.com.
